​​The most common question that we are asked is what do we charge a seller. The answer is always "it depends".  The price is reflective of the item(s) to be sold and the amount of work required to ensure that the auction is successful.  We generally work off a percentage of the auction sale.  This percentage and any other costs will be known to the seller at the time of signing a contract so there are no surprises after the sale.

 
If you are only selling cars, equipment, real estate, or commercial items the cost will likely be zero percent.  We will sell your item free to you while charging the buyer a premium.  A lot of other auctioneers will charge a commission in addition to the buyers premium.  We feel that isn't fair and will not do it.
